There are some times when I read or watch the news, and I just cannot believe what I see.
The Houla massacre is one of those devastating situations where I couldn't begin to comprehend what had happened. I feel deeply affected by things I've read and heard, and the images I've seen - images of children like mine - beautiful children, but with horrendous injuries. Women like me - mothers, but mothers who are mourning their children, and children who no longer have their mothers....
